1) Check and post the resistance (no power to the board) for the other mosfets. See attached. Still checking to see if there are any damaged mosfets.

2) For the first 2 mosfets (N-channel), the GATE voltage needs to be higher than the voltage being passed through to enable.

3) Suspecting that the charger IC is damaged and needs to be replaced but check for possible mosfet damage.

This Intersil charger IC is available from Digikey (and a few other vendors):

4) Do check the voltage on the OTHER side of PR307 which is driving the gate. Is the voltage there also ~0V ?

UPDATE:
after changing the charger ic now the first 2 mosfets are working fine and the 19V power rail is on board available, however the +3valw and +5valw are missing.

ENLDO_3V5V on pu401 is there 4,7V but 5V_3V_EN5V_3V_EN is 0V , is possible that pu401 need to be replaced??

5V_3V_EN is driven by a resistor based voltage divider. From my information, a part with a '@' prefix = NOT STUFFED on the logic board.

So, confirm the presence of PR410 (whereas PR411 location should be blank).

Then check the voltage on PR410, pin # 1 = EC_ON. This signal line is driven by the EC IC @ U11, pin 112.

yes i have seen that EC_ON is driven by U11 pin#112 , pr410 no voltage on both pins...

not good i have seen now physical damage on SuperIO it muss be also replaced...

Ouch. Yes, indeed. @SMDFlea and others in this forum are the experts on EC programming, etc. Personally have not done one yet.

From my limited knowledge on this component - there is an embedded 8051 architecture inside this device. Respectively, you will need an EC programming tool which vary in price and features.

With the applied firmware, the GPIO pins will then behave as expected to power on the buck regulator enable pins, etc. to operate the logic board.

Do you have a programming tool for this EC controller ?

Ouch. Yes, indeed. @SMDFlea and others in this forum are the experts on EC programming, etc. Personally have not done one yet.

From my limited knowledge on this component - there is an embedded 8051 architecture inside this device. Respectively, you will need an EC programming tool which vary in price and features.

With the applied firmware, the GPIO pins will then behave as expected to power on the buck regulator enable pins, etc. to operate the logic board.

Do you have a programming tool for this EC controller ?

Unfortunately is game over for this device , after a little bit search i realized that the blank chip need to be programmed and onfurtunately i dont have this programming tool...

Physical inspection is very important to Save more time, but

No worries. You are quite welcome.

Do not junk the device - just shelve it for now. We are studying the devices to understand how this programming works for a future widget. A lot to know but from the brief research so far, a developer in Russia (I believe) offers an instrument for this requirement. It is not cheap but apparently works well.

Perhaps one day, @SMDFlea and/or @Piernov will make housecalls for such repairs

You can also buy EC Chips preprogrammed on ebay.
