MXM GPU 970M not work after GPU phase short

have this MXM GPU 970M that not work after GPU phase short. i removed mosfet to remove short and let it work on two of three phases. card is detected and windows want to instal drivers, but when chceck in GPU-z or HWinfo it shows weird readings.

What else can be bad when have woltages on all coils.

any hint what to check?

i try to flash bios from "https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?did=10DE-13D8-10DE-110C" but it not help

but you have no drivers installed, problems with driver install?

sure it's 970M? part number is a bit scratched, but gx-a1 shows as 980
