HP Pavilion x360 15 / Board Corvo_15_MB 18741-1 Repair Help

Hi,

i have a HP Pavilion x360 15 with Board Corvo_15_MB 18741-1 with water damaged. The Laptop Power On, Power LED ligth but no funktion. On the Board the PC5210 and CHIP V3285335F are borned out. As anybuddy a Idee to found out what is this? Schematic of the Board?

only the character in the lower line 5335 matters. Most probably ram controller ic.

thanks, i will buy the IC and check. any ideas with size has the POWER CAPACITOR (PC5210)
