Hi, have a weird issue in a Lenovo IdeaPad 310-15IKB NM-A981.
There is a short circuit at the output of PU701.
This chip regulates the +1.05VSP_VGA, this voltage passes the jumper PJ702 and renames to +1.05VGS.
Removing PJ702, the short is now only in +1.05VGS.
Seems that +1.05VGS is part of gpu power supply, and gpu is shorted to gnd.
The weird thing is that removing PJ702 the laptop boots an have image on lcd screen, but when it boots from its hdd, shows a blue screen and shutdown.
Only if boot a ms-dos disk, like memtest, it ends its job without any problem.
It doesn't boot any linux distro.
Is there any chance to convert this motherboard to uma?
Thanks.
