hi everyone i have sony vaio model svs131e22m start normally but charging i have verified and replace charging ic BQ725 but still no change nothing i have checked voltages on its ic:

Have you checked DC-IN mosfets. Check srn,srp exact resistance to ground

What is your adapter voltage ?

Confirm this rail. How can it be @ 24v if adapter is @ 19v ? Do not have schematics for this logic board but this does not sound to be correct.

The other voltages that have been highlighted in my post also do not look to be correct.

Confirm this rail. How can it be @ 24v if adapter is @ 19v ? Do not have schematics for this logic board but this does not sound to be correct.

OK. ACDRV voltage is correct and matches the details from the shared datasheet.

Confirm again:

1) ILIM value - this pin configures the amount of current to be supported by this charger IC

2) LODRV - this cannot be 0v if the charger IC is working normally.

3) Voltage on PHASE pin of the charger with the adapter plugged in ?

OK. ACDRV voltage is correct and matches the details from the shared datasheet.

Confirm again:

1) ILIM value - this pin configures the amount of current to be supported by this charger IC

2) LODRV - this cannot be 0v if the charger IC is working normally.

3) Voltage on PHASE pin of the charger with the adapter plugged in ?

1) ILIM to resistor 14k and 3.3v to other side of resistor
2) LODRV its 0v(need schematics to see where this pin coming from)
3)PHASE : 1.2v

in the battery socket pins i have voltages : 3.3v and 1.1v

1) voltage @ ILIM pin ? if @ 33mv, that is too low. Check the resistor voltage divider for this pin. It should be similar to the datasheet but the values for the resistors could be different.

2) Do you see 2 nearby resistors on ILIM ? One resistor to +3v3. Another to ground. Common pin to the ILIM pin. Power down and check their resistance.

finally its working i have the batteries led indicator little tanks to mr mon2 i have find resistor with no value in 33k
