Dell XPS 13 - DA0D13MBCD1 how to disable onboard ram

Hello,
do you know how to disable onboard ram on this motherboard? I have 4 beeps after power button press. Or how to check which module can be broken and take off it from the board.

Test voltage on PU3 pins 3 and 13 ,and test PQ26,PQ27 .Are any of the ram chips getting hot

PU3:
Pin 3 - 0,7V
Pin13 - 1,5V

None of ram chip is hot.
Gate and Source of PQ27 is shorted, there is continuity between them, should I replace it?

Edit: pu3 pin 13 has 1.5V so pq27 must be ok . Measure Pin 20, 1.5V_SUS_PWRGD

On pin 20 PU3 is 3,3V
