As you know if The chip don't get the enable signal so he can't generated the alw voltage.
But the 3VL must be present , check pin 17 for short to GND..

At page 5 , it's mentioned that the 3VALW is coming after pressing power button .
But you must find 3VLP /EC_on and 5valw..so uou know what to check now .

Can you give us PQB11/PQB12 voltages = D/S/

i think the voltages not reaching on kbc but PRB4 resistor both sides have 19v

So ENLDO_3V5V isn't present and you can't find any short at the Inputs/Outputs of the 3V/5V Controller?

Then Follow the Rail and Check PR301 and PR302. LDO Enable comes from there via simple Voltage divider.

Yes they do with one Side. You could try "beep mode" of Multimeter. And regarding your PN. atm i have No Access to the bureau, so i can't Check for you until this evening.

Other Side of this Resistor is connected to GND? Should be PR302 then and also fine. If you want an exact measurement, you have to lift the Resistor from one Pad.
Tbh i'm actually more interested in PR301 which is connected to 19V-Rail

I'm Not convinced you found the right Resistors. Share clear Pic of this area without your markings and where i can clearly See the rails.

Looks to be the same format as Landrex TestLink (used by Apple) and opens fine with OBV and FlexBV here.
