good morning friends I hope you can help me I have this equipment and it does not turn on, I connect the charger and I have
the 3.3v alw but not the 5v alw check the ic pu4 (RT8223PZQW)
I do not have the entrip1 but I do have the entrip2, I assume that this is my problem to be able to activate the mosfet pq49 and pq45 according to my appreciation

    attached schematic

    please help

Power sequence P 5/6 you must have this signal = ALW_ON to get +5V_ALW.so check this signal before

checked ALW_ON and it is not generated by the kbc (IT8528) if it is not generated by the kbc, should I check if it has the 3.3v vcc? sorry for my little knowledge but I'm learning

          As per above advice,

          1) see page 5 and follow the red circles which denote the power up sequence

          2) ALW_ON is generated by the EC - check the direction of the arrows which indicates that the EC is using an output port pin to drive the ALW_ON signal.

          3) What is the voltage reading of ALW_ON ? Place your meter in DC volts mode, then red probe on ALW_ON rail and black probe on ground.

          You can read ALW_ON @ Q32B, pin # 2.

If this pin is not logic '1' = should be +3v3 (or close to this value) then the EC needs to be investigated.

Confirm that the trace is not broken between the EC and Q32B, pin # 2.

the voltage is 0v pin 83 EC

            You can read ALW_ON @ Q32B, pin # 2.

.-on pin 2 voltage is 0.1v

.-the trace is ok I measured continuity

thank for your help , i still learning
