Lenovo G40-30 no display NM-A311

Please help to fix this Laptop

brand: Lenovo G40-30
MB model: NM-A311
Trouble: turn on without video, it consumes 100 mA only

It has all voltages:

Too has these voltages:

PMC_PLTRST#= 1.8v
PLT_RST# = 3v
PCH_LCD_VDDEN_Q = 0v ???

And it has these Power goods

PU501 3.3V
PU602 3.1V
PU701 3.32
PU402 0.8
PU401 0.2

I changed PU402 without change.

The laptop was working fine but today it wake up with the fail, and now I want to know if I can to check another thing. I suspect fail in soc (integrated graphic card) but I need a specialized opinion.

powergood signals are handled by ITE. what resistance u have on it and on ALW_PWRGD ?

Flashed known good bios with clean txe?? DramRst# present on pin30 of ram slot??PCH_LCD_VDDEN_Q=0V-Ignore this for the time being as this will come up only after mb start posting. Check PCH requirements thoroughly. DC-DC conversion all checked??
