    Problem with asus x541

Good people, how are you? They can give me a hand. I got an Asus X541 that does not turn on. I started checking and the entry mosfet was short. It was replaced, but the 19v did not pass to the other side. Looking a bit at the Boardview, I realized that I have no voltage in ACOK (0.5v) according to the datasheet it has to be high, I have 18.55v in VCC and 2.4v in ACDET. Any way to go? Thanks!

    Try replacing the charging IC.

ACDET must be above 2.4V. mostly 2.7V. so check resistor divider

replace the ic, ACDET is 2.5v. I had to change one of the resistors. Will it have a difference from 2.5v to 2.7v?

in the boardview it appears that it has a divisor of 127k 1% and 20k 1%

acdet AT 2.5v is not a problem as its very close to the desired value. In my experience it works at 2.5-2.7v range without much issues. Try replacing the charging IC first as your acok at 0.5V is the real issue.

I already replaced it twice. The truth is that I find it strange

raise the resistor that joins acok with the rest of the board and now I have 1.2v, on the other side I have a mosfet (pq8905) I'm going to leave the boardview in case someone can give it a look

ok, I put it back together because I remembered the Asus screw and it turned on. The point is that the joy lasted 15sec. I am suspecting a Schottsky diode that is linked to the load IC

I think the motherboard is cursed. It had started after changing the diode in a stable way. The battery is bad, it was replaced, but now I have no image

                            Hello,

I have a problem with the bios, let me explain.

With BIOS 1, the pc takes +- 30 seconds to display the ASUS logo (black screen) and to boot.

I did a clear ME, my black screen problem for 30 seconds at boot is solved, it gives me directly the display and boots quickly.

My problem is that now, once the charger is plugged in and I put a slight load on the processor, it bogs down to 0.39GHz...
The only solution is to unplug the charger to get the cpu back up to speed. But as soon as I plug in the charger, it goes straight back down....

Hi. I have a problem with Asus ROG GA402RK. The keyboard suddenly stopped working along with the kb backlight. I replaced the keyboard and the ITE KBC chip and the problem is still the same. I don't see any passive elements that look damaged. Does anyone have an idea?
