    Hp probook 450 g3 not turn on

    hi everyone i have hp probook 450 g3 not turn on .. when i plug charger laptop dc jack turn on with light led and turn on when i press power buton not turn on .. I measure voltage and 19 volt is ok .. 3.3v is ok .. In power buton i have 2.3volt .. In bios i not have voltage ... can i help me .. ask me fore more info you nedd to fix my laptop.. thanks

      check the voltage on PU3 PU21 LDO 3/5 and +3/5 VPCU ?

                  i have shcematic but i dont find in board becouse not have words in motherboard

                              pu3 n Ldo 3.3v and pus21 in pin LDO i have 5 volt
                              and +3v' 5v vpcu i not understand

                                                                                  Hi everyone,

                                                                                  I am dealing with the problem of turning on and off my Dell e7470 notebook.

                                                                                  The battery charge light is solid white, I press the button, the power indicator and the light on the button are solid for 1-2 seconds and immediately turn off.

                                                                                  The system does not turn on, there is no post.

                                                                                  I removed the RAMs and changed them, changed the battery, RTC battery, AC adapter, removed them and waited, tried again, it does not turn on.
                                                                                  The problem continues in the same way.
                                                                                  I tried to turn on the Fn key, nothing came to the screen....
