Dell Inspiron 5558 AAL10 LA-B843P not turn on

Hi everyone i have Dell Inspiron 55588 AAL10 LA-B843P ver 1.0 when i press power buton turn on stay for few seconds and turn of fan spining and stop .. when i put charger power light bliking 2 times .. I try to reset ,,i program bios with clear but not working ,, i change charger but is same ... I measure and voltage is ok ..19 v 3,3v 5v can i help me to resolve this problem ?

Check voltages on all coils while pressing Power Button. And also measure Resistances to ground on all coils with Power removed.

the voltage when i pres power button is ok i have voltage but for few second

On page99, power sequence is given. check out which rail is not rising at all. You may need to turn on frequently.

PM_SLP_S3# when i press power buton stay for 1 secon 3.2 and go 0 v ..PM_LAN_ENABLE is same stay for 1 sec and go 0 v...5V_S0 is ok PM_SLP_S4# stay 3.3 v....SYS_PWROK stay 1.3 v and when i pres power button go 3.2 for 1 sec an go 1.3 v,,,3D3V_AUX_KBC 3.2v ....S5_ENABLE 3.2 v....3D3V_S5 3,2 v

Can you take the voltage for this U3601, all pins.

pi1-5v
pin2-5v
pin3-3.2 v for 1 sec whwn i press power button and go 0v
pin4-5v
pin5-3.2 v for 1 sec whwn i press power button and go 0v
pin6-3.3v
pin7-3.3v
pin 8and -when i press power buton go 3.2 v for 1 sec and stay 2 volt when light power turn off
pin10-2v but when i measure this pin laptop stay for 5 min tries to turn on
turned on and e see the cpu is work or when jum pin 9 and 10 laptop
pin 11-gnd
pin12-when i turn on go 1.1v and go for few seconds 0v
pin13and 14 -when i turn on go 5v for few sec and go 0v

i turn on laptop i jump pin 9and 10..... i Discrete to UMA (i dont now what is discrete to uma but i see in youtobe ) but i think desable gpu with this trickbut i need gpuneed gpu

U3601 has switch function for 5V_S0 and 3.3V_S0 after power on. Check the coil and voltage outputs for short circuits. Check components that get hot by starting frequently.

no is U36o1 voltage in pin...No laptop turn on is ok but when I desabled gpu turn on

VRAM and VCORE are not stable. any idea?

yes i cut line gpu becouse gpu is short

Finally on this ways I got my problem resolved dis to uma display.
Remove two coil one capacitor near to coil and four jumpers on back side.

i turn on laptop i jump pin 9and 10..... i Discrete to UMA
Laptop is fixed without gpu

I DONT UNDERSTAND FROM THE PHOTO THE JYMPER YOU USED
