    2.5 ohm resistor replace it and check , it should be max 2.05 ohm

    Put 2.2 ohm resistor

      PUG1 switched with PUA1 to see if it does the same and the same result.
      PUG1 - RT9610CGQW
      PUA1 - RT9610CGQW
      resistor replaced 2.2 ohm

        If it's not POSTing you have to try known good RAM stick (if it's not soldered to the board), confirm exact voltage on CPU VCore, check CPU reset signal and possibly try flashing the BIOS.
        But again, if it was liquid damaged you should follow the hints first.

          Ic is Okay no issue earlier mentioned

          now check voltage at same resistor on both sides

          Btw you mentioned core is ok where did you check it?

            It seems that now it has other problems, it stops after 3 seconds. I lost a lot of time and money on this motherboard, I can't waste any more time. Thank you very much for your help.
