Greetings everyone!
Last year I bought an Asus GL504GW laptop from US and now it has a problem detecting the charger and was working fine (other than not charging of course) until the battery turned %0. Since I'm no longer in the US
and don't have access to warranty services I need to somehow figure it out myself how to fix the issue (With the help of my brother - He has some knowledge about electronic stuff)
I tested the battery and the charger myself and both are fine. Then gave it to my brother to check the board and now he says the issue is from the "5E=" IC and since it has been destroyed the model cannot be completely read.

Now the first question is can this issue be from this IC?
The second question is:
I searched for "5E=" and found it's the RT8248A model (PDF Attached below)
but since the first 2 date digits (As the 5E attached image below from the laptop motherboard) can't be read how can I find a replacement for it?
I searched local online stores and found 5E=1H R3K but can it replace my board's "5E=" IC or the "1H R3K" part matters?
Thanks in advance! Any help would be highly appreciated!
