    Medion Akoya E6435 no power

So after not using a laptop of mine (Medion Akoya E6435) for several months. I found it no longer powers on at all. It is dead. No lights. No signs of any life.

After some troubleshooting, I found it is a motherboard issue. There is one chip on the motherboard that is labelled "3F = 3L 80N". Whenever I plug in my charger, the chip heats up quickly. It is very hot to touch. You definitely can't leave your finger on it for very long. It burns. This happens when the board is out of the chassis with no battery or any other components connected. Only the CPU and its heatsink are present.

Does anyone happen to know what this chip is?

I've been playing around to see if I can see anything odd and I may have come across something. Not sure.

There is a chip (shown in attached screenshot) where 7/8 pins read the correct 19v on the multi-meter. However, the end pin at the bottom of the chip on the right-hand side reads 24V. It is the only pin on the chip with that readout. This is with the charger plugged in only.

Does that sound normal? Is it meant to do that?

If it's a mosfet , DC in mosfet 24 v is required at pin4 gate to switch on this mosfet for n channel so it is ok
