hp 15-g charging proplem

hi friends
i have problem with hp 15-g mb la-A996p rev 1.0
the mb not charging the battery and don't power on with battery
at first i found pq104 is shorted i replace it but with no change
the mb power on with ac adapter but dont power on with battery but if i connect the battery and ac adapter it is power on and if i remove the adapter it is still powering on
with battery
pr110 .pl102 . pr103 is 14.56v
any section can i check

Start looking at the charger circuit.

If there's 14V on PL102 it means the charger is trying to charge the battery. See sheet 37 for additional battery circuits. Note the PJPB2 jumper which bypasses the charge control circuit; you can short it to see if the battery begins charging. If it does, check the control circuit. Your primary suspects will be the mosfets around the charger, the adapter identification circuit (on HP its voltage driven) and various charger IC inputs, otherwise.

pl102 is 14.85v with battery and charger
PJPB2 jumper already solderd
my question is why this mb not power up from battery Even though pr103 has 14.56v
other note : when i power on with battery and charger it is display with back light only without data but with charger only it is display ok with data
