Hi everyone.
I was getting rid of some electronic scrap which had piled up and found an old HP G70-212EM laptop.
Unfortunately it has no video output and I really have no idea how to troubleshoot it further.
So, the laptop seems to be booting ( responds to power on/off button and caps lock led also reacts ), the caps under the gpu show power, the USB also has 5V, the hdd spins up. The display's background light lights up, but there is no content on the matrix.
No HDMI or VGA signals are detected on external display.
So is there anything I can do before trying to reheat the GPU?
