Hello.
Have this lenovo g50-30 that All usb ports have power but not react to attach usb keys

all ports have good voltage
as i see many of thhese port are connected right to CPU. do u thing that CPU is problem?

try to clean the usb port maybe corroded pins.. just try it..

Very likely yes ,as i beleive you have checked all parts related to usb. I'd very similar case on LA-C701P and ultimately replaced SOC to solve it. Btw, You checked D+/D- resistance??

Same board NM-A311 , all USB & webcam too stops responding

SOC bad for sure. has faced it on many occasions. Replacing the SOC is the only solution.
