ACER E1-410 all usb ports not working

I have this acer e1-410 that all usb ports not working board id 13233-1M 48.40C10.01M. I checked U6301 chip pin2 IN#2 AND PIN3 IN#3 =5V but pin 4 EN=0V PIN 6-8 OUT has also 0v. already tried replacing the chip but still no enable and output of 5v. cAN anyone please help on this

Without enable signale the ic don't work.
So check EN power rail for short or a bad component

Same with U3401 pin 4 enable no 5v also , i cannot find any components connected on this @lapfix please help attached is the schematic

Just follow the usb_pwr_en signal (use the search function) and you'll see the signal comes from the superIO chip (nuvoton NPCE781LA0DX-GP).
So the superIO chip is bad or simply frozen. Have you tryed to reset the bios removing all sources of power? external power, main battery and cmos battery.

EDIT: I see then usb_pwr_en line is active low so 0V enables the chips. If they don't output power and you have changed one you should check the output line for short.

thanks Dumah ill replaced all the chip and resetting cmos but now its working fine thank you
