    Dell Latitude E6220 - i7 - No Post to Logo , Cycle Power ?

    Hello to all,

I have completely dissasabled the laptop into pieces.
There was NO leak , No water damage, etc. it was clean as paradise.

Now , what i have done.

Changed RAM slots, tried 4-5 different RAM, Changed CMOS battery , Re-inserted it, tried with external screen ,tried with another internal ,nothing. The behavior still remains the same.

Pressing power button , lights come on ,fan starts spinning, at 100% stays there, the CPU gets hot , the FAN starts to slow down , the lights start to get stable the power light , the hdd light, and the battery light stays stable.

I have uploaded a video ,just to showto you the situation .
If someone can help me out ?

Most of the fuses are checked ,double checked.

    Video test :

I took the bios dump from here:
            https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=48351
            from : techman1025

            But again the same cycles.

It even said "Code outside range will be ignored" because i saw on the editor that it had even in the end, registered characters. So maybe it's the wrong BIOS?

            I have the E6220 with i7 and Service Tag : 42YQGT1 , 8886403477.(express service code)

Can you show me the correct BIOS Dump ?
