The picture isn`t clear enough with the part number . You didn`t say its on the IO audio board..........

The IO Audio board schematic is D7W01 LS-E893P Rev: 1A

I am not sure, but it is very likely the usb 5v power controller.
It is not matching the la-e891p schematic. However, like SMDFlea suggested, a clear photo would be helpful to identify it ...

This is exactly the same as US21 smd on the same board LA-E891P... you can find the schematics here:

As mentioned before it is providing usb 5v ...

If you have donor boards check near usb ports for a similar sot23-5 chip...

The chip you mentioned is k2k + 2 digit part number..
You can replace it with 54B+2 digit part number or
SY6288C20AAC as per the shematics...
