By VCC, did you mean VDDP_LDO? because, that's the only pin with 5v on PU100.

Or probably, external 5v would more preferable.

I'm talking about +5VALW pin 11 of PU100. It comes from PU200 (+5VALWP --> PJP202 --> +5VALW).

Ok, I know of Pin 11 with +5VALW. I meant which other Pin you wanted me to connect Pin 11 to. Of which Pin 21 (VDD_LDO) gives out +5V also.

By the way, I have changed my Multimeter probes and measured Pin 13 of PU200 and now I'm getting 0.13v on both boards. The charging led goes off when I touch Pin 13 with my RED probe (for the other unit that Powers On).
Am I doing it correctly?
What is supposed to be the correct voltage on Pin 13?

Also, I'm using a 90W charger. I have 3 units of this particular Dell motherboard and the charger works well with the other two that Powers On and charge battery.......

Then why not check LID Switch ??

LID Switch is on a separate board (power button board) which is not connected.

I have two other motherboards of this model which have 3.3V on LID_SW# when the power button board is not connected too. 3.3V present at Pin 115 of UE1 on both motherboards

Where else can I check?

PU100 pin 7 Is it short to ground or good impedance ?
Charge Enable (pin 7) should be 3 volt

Hello, Please I have this Dell Inspiron 3521 [La-9104p] that is dead. There is no visible damaged component. It just tripped off while booting one certain day and has not powered on since then. Doesn't charge either.

I have replaced PU200 [3.3V/5V IC]

Currently, when I connect the charger;

B++ is present

3.3VALWP/5VALWP not present
VREG3 and VREG5 is present
PGOOD is not present

RTC is ok.

Where else do I need to check to determine the fault?

check pq200 3v5v ic pin numper 09 boot2 and pin number 22 boot1 ,,both pin near once 2R2 resisitor ,90% precent sure it is gone,,check multimeter beep mode or resistence value,,,i fix it same your problme,,common fualt this compal board,,pin 09 boot2 near resistor check,,
