HP Pavilion 15 (R62) Not charging. shows Amber & White light continuously

Hi Everyone,

I have this HP Pavilion 15 (R62) that is Not charging. It Alternates between Amber & White charging light continuously when i connect the AC adapter with the battery connected as well.

Sometimes, It may alternate 2 -3 times before it starts charging normally, while sometimes, it won't charge and if i remove the battery while the AC adapter is still connected, the light goes off (System goes off too).

The battery is okay, i've tested it on another R62 and it charges normally.

What can be the cause?

Dissemble the board & check near the charging IC or the Fets for bad solder joints

About that, these are the things I've done so far:

1). I've washed the charging area of the board with a good chemical for cleaning.
2). I have replaced the Charging IC [BQ24738] @PU5
3). I have replaced PQ30 & PQ35 MOSFETs

still no solution yet

What are the voltage on CN11 with Bat & with out Bat ? & Resistant to ground PL10 or 9

I've found the problem........

PR80 which is supposed to be 22 ohms was around 550 ohms. PR80 is between +VAD and Pin 20 of PU5 [BQ24738].

After replacing it, it is now charging normally. Also, all the voltages on PU5 [BQ24738] are back to normal especially Pin 20 which was around 17.9v [with Battery] which is now 19.5v
