board: nav50 LA-5651p rev: 1.0
power on ok, fan is ok but no display
the power led glows and dim 3 times and then stays on, but no display
5v and 3v are present, the volt on pin 1 of the bios ranges from 2.8v to 3.3v
as shown on video, reflashed bios from website (nav50.fd) but the same problem.

all the volts are ok:
0.89v 1.820v 3.3v 5v are all present but cpu+ core volt is not present

yes all volts are good 1.8 , 5 and 3v only +cpu core volt is not present on PL10
and there is no heat at all on cpu

Check the supply PU12 1 24 32 3 12 20 PQ30/31 CPU +B line

24= 5v
32= 3.364v
3= 0v
12=0v
20= 5v
pq30 = pin 5 = 0v............pin 6-7-8= 17.7v pin 1-2-3-4= 0v

cpu_vid0.1.2.3.4.5.6 out of 7 there is only 3 of them have 1.05v and the others are 0

Pin 3 CLKEN should be 3V pull down by 10K
Pin 12 RAMP +CPU_B+ Is pull up by 1K may be BIOS or change the PU12

yes before the resistance it is 3.3v but on pin 3 there is 0v
but sorry for this: pin 12= 1.002v
