it depend but, mostly 3.3v_ALW, 3.3v_EC & 5v_ALW had to exist even the laptop switched off with adaptor plugged or main battery installed and charged

3.3v_SYS and 5v_SYS???

never found "SYS" signaling name for 3.3v & 5v but, maybe my mistake...

Usually "ALW" power rails are not *always* on as opposed to what the name should imply… They'll usually be off when AC adapter is disconnected even with charged battery. And on some laptops they'll turn on only after pressing power button even if AC adapter is connected.

I didn't understand the question though.

yes and in my case the 3.3 v and 5v Sus appeared when I pressed the power button. but again no light nor processor nor gpu is running. hang for 1 minute and turn off

do you have schematic/boardview?
you're not mentioning board id too!!!

so what is actually the problem and what kind of history the board come to until the problem exist?

because lack of info, i just suggesting to change the bios chip

Sus is correct ..ok my laptop is ms 16j51. Laptop is not turn on . no light nothing . 19 v is present . but in bios i dont have 3.3v . i seee mising 3.3v Sus and 5v Sus. when press the power button is present 3,3v sus and 5 v sus but not turn on . yes i have schematic

but in bios i dont have 3.3v

when have no 3.3V on bios it is absolutely for nothing looking for sus or pwr btn voltages

as u have 3,3v sus and 5v sus u must now check if u have all others power switched voltages
