Hp pavilion 5 blinks and 3 fast black screem

Hello comunity
This laptop recived humudity and did not turn on, the component afected was mp2949a it was cleaned removed and solded again, now the laptop turn on but just blink bloq mayus 5 times and 3 times fast, fan is ok and have consum. any idea about what is happening

Check what voltage are missing ,rest BIOS battery , backup old bin flash with a working one

Clean the chip again check all the pin if they are not solder to geather

The chip is ok, but it not have 3,3alw and 5alw just apear voltaje pushing the power on button, and i dont have schematics, add bios bin

Posting the bios isn`t going to help with no 3,3alw and 5alw. Post the motherboard part number(s) and we can see if a schematic is available or one similar.

On many boards, 3v/5v alw will appear after pressing power button.
