Hp folio 1040 g3 keyboard problem

when I press a key two letters appear, not the same letter but the one adjacent to the one I pushed.
I wanted to change the keyboard but first I wanted an opinion from those who had the same problem

Faulty KBC or keyboard. Does your KBC programmer have a keyboard tester

Yes, I have a vertyanov that has the keyboard tester function but the flat of this keyboard is very strange (no adapter that I have is useful to me) and I should make the connections one by one, the keyboard it's very affordable but only in china and with the corona virus problem the shipments are very slow , first I would like to try to reprogram the nuvoton NPCE576HA0YX which fortunately has an external memory.
So it's possible that a keyboard has this type of problem.

I also have a vertyanov programmer.The keyboard flat is 36 pin 0.8mm pitch, you can buy a keyboard tester with the 36 pins added to the newest v3 version,it isn`t made by sergey vertyanov though,he doesn`t sell a 36 pin adapter board (yet) as far as i know.

Yes, it is possible to have such kbd problem. faced this on many occassions. Bad kbd for sure. Try using on-screen kbd to rule out windows issue.
