Hello, I have lenovo legion 5 15imh05 (board: nm-c911) and I have a problem with a keyboard.
When I hold power button for ~30 seconds or unplug RTC battery keyboard will work only one time. After laptop reset or shutdown, keyboard won't work.
In 90% cases when I unplug power supply and turn on laptop on a battery, keyboard works even after plugging power supply - I can't turn on laptop with a power supply and get keyboard working.
Shortcuts Fn + F1-F12 are working. Keyboard is fine.
I replaced IT8176FN-56A and reprogram it with a dump from previous chip and it worked for 2 months until Windows updated firmware. New and old chips have the same data programmed.
What could I measure before replacing that chip again?
