HP Pavilion dv5-1250ev no boot - black screen

I have an HP Pavilion dv5-1250ev which suddenly does not boot.
I press the start button, the LEDs lit but:
    -the screen remains black
-CAPS lock LED and SCROLL key LED blink

I tried reset (removed battery, kept pressed the start button for 60". Nothing. Then Windows key + B + Start Butoon. Nothing. The same with V instead of B key. I removed RAM, HDD, BIOS battery. Shorted plus and minus of BIOS battery holder. Nothing)

So, after small search on the internet I conclude it 's a BIOS corruption (if not the graphics card). I have ordered a programmer but I don't know which is the file I 'll have to upload to the BIOS ic.

I downloaded file sp46501.exe from https://d3.drivers.eu. I opened it with 7zip and I see it has (among others) two files: 30F2F38.FD and 3622F38.FD.
Is some of them the file I should upload to the BIOS chip?

    I read here:
use 7zip to unpack the exe and produce 2 .wph files + flashing utilities etc.

open the 30cff34a.wph file with an HEX editor and delete everything from address 100,000 Hex to the end, save changes and then rename it to a .bin extension. You'll end up with a file with a size of 1,048,576 bytes (00000h-FFFFFh bytes in the editor window). That one you can flash into the chip.

    Should I do something similar?

And this guy does it by just using a USB flash stick! Without a programmer, but I don't understand how as I don't speak russian. If anybody can describe how he does it (I think I have to rename a file and copy it on the USB stick and boot pressing Win key+B+Start button?) I 'd really appreciate it!

    Any help is welcome.

I've just checked the bios update file you linked here. the two .FD files you are talking about is complete bios file and you dont need to anything. Just flash that file with a spi bios programmer. To know, which of these two.fd files is applicable for your notebook, you can check the sticker at back or search $BID by opening the file in hex editor.

(on the laptop 's stickers I found no number like '30F2...' or '3622...')
I opened both of the .FD files with Hex Workshop and I searched with '$BID' and 'BID' (take a look at the attached image) but did not find anything.
