no power

there are 3.3 v on press power
3.3 on pin 1-7-8 bios chip
adptor socket led on . white light
rsmrst out 3.3 v good

i eprom ec bios
i change i/o no new

whats new ?

Main bios not flashed?? Check PU8 PIN 18 and 23.LID_EC# present?? Switch voltage drops to 0 and then revert back to 3V on pressing??

I couldnt undestand what do you mean by" no new". PU8 voltages??

if the out put of PU8 is ok 3/5V ALWP then check SIO
pin 90# 37# 25 16# 06# 104 101 98 99

pu8 = pin 18 = 5 volt / pin 23 = 0 volt . PR51 = 0

LID_EC# = before press power is 5 volt > after press = 3.3 v

90 = 0 volt

37 = 5 volt after press 3.3 v

25 =0 volt

16 = 0

06=0

104=0

101 = 5 volt

98= 0 vot

99=0 volt

Its good you solved it but you need to pay attention to your measurements. Post#6-you say LID_EC# at 5v before power switch- it cant be more then 3v. Be careful.
