can i replace chip NB671GQ-Z with NB671ZGQ-Z?Please help. the one shorted has marke aeae and my chip available has marke aead

NB671ZGQ-Z - no part number. The NB671GQ and NB671GQ-Z are the same,the Z is for tape and reel packaging . AEA is the product code,the fourth digit is the year. AEAE and AEAD are the same, apart from the year they were made.
