acer +vcc_core and No CPU heat

i working in this board, DA0ZRTMB6D0 REV D
i checked all voltage, is ok except GFX voltage.
but i dont have video output, i have a good question,
i checked VCC_Core , is 1.7v but cpu is cold.
What does it mean? cpu is dead ?

    1 - 0V
    2 - 0V
    3 - 0V
    4 - 1,7V
    5 - 1.06V
    6 - 1,3V
    7 - 5V
    8 - 3,3V
    9 - 1,5V
    10 - 2,7V

1 & 2 is for graphics power and 3 is perhaps PCH Power. One thing is for sure, your graphics chip is not initialised and hence no gfx core(as its discrete mb). You can try removing coils 1 & 2 and see if gfx core comes up.

NO, 1,2 and 3 all is for GFX
          number 3 is 1.5v_GFX

" NO, 1,2 and 3 all is for GFX "-What do you mean by that?? i already told you coil 1 & 2 is for gfx power and you need to find out why graphics not getting power without which you wont have gfx core enabled on a discrete platform.

i attached power states, i have all voltage until +VCCIN( cpu core). next level ist +3v_GFX . i checked DGPU_PWR_EN . is null
So i think is normal that dont have GFX core voltage.
PCH send DGPU_PWR_EN signal . So I have to draw a conclusion, that PCH dont work ???
in addition, i read in another forum that ,in first dont need GFX start
In this disc you have 2 graphics, only one will be powered -none +VGPU_CORE in this state is correct.
Voltage + 1.5V_GFX appears only during the POST procedure

If BIOS doesn't POST, graphics voltage won't come up. Wrote that in the other thread as well.

                          pin 78=3.3v

                          EC PWROK =3.3v

what is the resestence to GND on coil 1 2 3 with no voltage did you try to remove one PAD of coil 1 2 to see if voltage is coming back (mcplslg123) have ask you ! may be a BIOS with out Oscilloscope it's hard to say

                              1,2 ist about 13ohm
                              and 3 is 9 ohm
i dont try because before these voltage ,we should have +3V_GFX ,But is null

i asked you to remove coil 1 &2 'coz of this very reason that you wont have +3v gfx. It might be so 'coz of bad graphics chip also. Thats why asked you to avoid graphics power circuit by removing those 2 coils and see if anything changes. have seen , that on many-many discrete mobo's. Btw, its your choice.

Thx for suggestion,i tested another things
i pullup "DGPU_PWR_EN" with R620 ,and now i have 1.5v in PL10(Coil 3) and about 0.9v in PL6 and PL7(Coil 1&2) , and Graphic chip Warmed up .So i think chip graphic and all voltage for chip is ok and working.
But this job is for PCH , maybe i have a short smd resistor or PCH integrated dont answer
it is strange, Coil4 have 1.7 volt but cpu not warm(very low)

                                    Also i checked SYS_PWROK is 3v
                                    So EC_PWROK and IMVP_PWRGD_3V is 3v

Yes, that proves graphics chip is fine.

I still suspect bios issue. Have you tried this bios
                                        https://www.laboneinside.com/acer-as...ev-d-bios-bin/

                                        This bios is tested ok.
