Dell xps 13 9343 charge in idle esd protection

Battery in IDLE state.
On startup (f5) : adapter not original or with problems. I found a component, AZ5125-01H totally burned, it's a esd transient protection but I don't have the replacement. On some asus board, this type of component is present on boardview but not in place onboard so I think I can remove it ?

It did its job,it blew because PSID ,middle ID pin got shorted with 19V .It will work without it,at your own risk.I`d replace it though
