I got a Discrete board with faulty Nvidea Vga Chip. Client don't want to spend more money. So anyone have idea to convert this to UMA version, please give me your suggestion. I have both schematics but i don't know is it able to convert it or not. I attached both schematics herewith.

This board can't be converted to UMA. You have to either fix the board or find a replacement. -
