HP 15 la-c781p Turn on black screen

Hello every one...
i have laptop hp 15 motherboard ABL51 LA-C781P Rev 1.0
Turn on black screen and caps locl blink 3 times .....
i tried to flash bios nothing happened..
and all voltage seem correct
but voltage in bios chip pin n°01 not stable from 0 to 2.5 v
please help me ihave no schematic for this motherboard

That fault is related to the processor that comes with its graphics, I have solved it with reballing. You can make a check by making a reflow on the cpu.

Agree with karlox. these amd processors are very susceptible to failure. Reflow often doesnt solve the problem, replacing the chip does though it can vary from case to case basis.

but first try virgin bios from hp website

hey friend i have same borad but my problme is when i turn on the laptop it consume only 17 ampier and i cant find memory voltage any idea
