Anyone solved this issue? I have the same problem sometimes keyboard and touchpad doesn’t work, sometimes works but when I press one key, 2 keys are pressed …

I put them in ultrasound clean, to be sure doesn’t have liquids… same problem
I test other keyboard and touchpad … same problem

I will try to replace bios ic and NPCE985LLA0DX…
Anything else to try?

so there is some trace that have bad resistance so if u press key two pins are active, but with that failure u have three ot four pins active. best way is to match key with pins and check for another active pins. i test keyboard with Vertyanov to know active pins in key so i can check if some other pins is not active

And Why sometimes doesn't work , keyboard and touchpad?
Can be also resistance?
