Lenovo Thinkpad E330 Thermal Sensing Error

Hello Friends.
when i push power button, these messages are appear, then the laptop goes offline:

Real Time Clock Error - Check date and time.
Fan Error.
Thermal Sensing Error.

hings i'm trying to do:
- changing 3.3V Battery.
- i'm sure that the Fan is working fine and spinning very well.
- changing the CPU.
- Finally i'm trying to reprogram Bios Chip's.

can you help please?

check fan yellow pin for signal, check thermal sensing signal.

Fan pins as following:
Yellow: 2.7
Red: 5
Blue: 3.4

how i can check thermal sensing signal?
