i have HP 15 DAY11AMB6E0 mothrboar ....when i press power switch blink LED neer power slot...no power on...is it possible to have a bios problem? no 3v on bios chip pins. after removed bios chip there is 3v on mothreboard at that place. plz help me.

Es posible que estes usando un fuente para alimentar los +VA_AC, de ser así deberias usar un cargador original, que alimente AD_ID. En PL21 debes tener 3.3v y PL20 5V..Comment

Issue :
When plug in, fan spins for a seconds then off,
When power on current responds up to 0.12A then back to 0A but no fan spin.
Checking the voltages, VCORE is missing checking enable signal, VRON also missing and already tried to flash bios and replace the SIO but same issue.
Another signal is also missing HWPG, i tried to look for the cause, I already tried cutting the lines coming from powergood signals of 1.05V , 1.35v ram supply and 5v supply ic but nothing change
