Hi!
My HP Probook 650 G1 dead
The notebook can not be switched on even with the power adapter supply in. However, when plugin AC ADAPTER the power switch BLINKING and 2 Leds (white + orange) in the front are constantly blinking (once per sec).
=> Battery out, Ram out, HDD plugs removed, hardware reset (15s power switch)... nothing helps 😞
Does anyone have an idea?

I test universal charger it write 13v in the screen of charger

I try to flash bios the same thing
I try to find 20v in Ac Pin adapter on motherboard
I found the voltage not stable 15,16,17v no 20v
I dont understand where is the problem
