    Lenovo Thinkpad FAN ERROR and shutdown

    Who knew about this issue, please reply to help...

    Lenovo thinkpad T420i (NZ3 UMA rev F) showed Fan Error, and then shutdown.
    Tried to replace with new Fan, but same.
    tried to flash bios, same to.

      how the temp reading says? did your fan spinning when you turn it on?
