can be fluid damage keyboard "cleaned"to work?

Hello.
Have another macbook pro that have been fluid spilled. Keyboard not work.
Can be that keyboard some king of "cleaned"? I never clen keyboard. everytime i order new, but this is expencive laptop.

but now i see its keyboard can be replaced and is quite cheap.

But the question stays.

It can be repaired by disassembling the keyboard and replacing the internal interconnection. but this task does not worth it to do. buying a new keyboard is much more efficient.

This repairing will take long time to fix. But we cannot use it for long term, because it will giving headache within few days.
