hello gays

i have a dell E7450 and it have problem with the i/o chip
a have bay them but they need a stencil to build the legs of the ic
the ic number is ECE-5048 or MEC5085 the both of those ic they have the same
pins

take flux on the chip and then do with your soldering iron balls at them

it is not working because it is a sort of chipset
and it is very important to build those balls other wise it will not work

if chip is not too big do manual reballing...
clean pads, put flux, put chip in holder, get a nice tweezers and put balls one by one

heat them up like you would after removing stencil and you are good to go

also you might wanna try "universal stencils"
