HP 15-B142DX No image

HP 15-B142DX DA0U56MB6E0 Rev. E after water damage i have black screen, Laptop with external monitor is working ok.

On U1 chip i have +3V on pin 4,5 but 0V on pin 1 & 3

On U16 chip i have 3.3V on pin 3, 9,10, 13, 18

pin 16 ---> 3,02

but pin 14,15 ---> 0V

Any help or idea where is the problem, where to check next

for the U21 pin 3 should get PCH DISP ON signel to +3V to transfer +LCDVCC +3VLCD CON L3 coil
test Pin 16&15 for resistance to GND
test pin 27.11.12.7.12 ?
pin 1&2 +VIN LVDS CONN ?

U16 resistance to ground pin 15 .0564
U16 resistance to ground pin 14 .0587

Pin 7 ---> 1.17V
Pin 8 ----> 1.19V
Pin 11 ---> 1.17V
Pin 12 ----> 1.18V
Pin 27 ----> 1.17V

pin 1&2 +VIN LVDS CONN ---->19V

If you put a jumper U1 pin5 to pin1 you can transfer +3.3V to +LCDVCC +3VLCD CON L3 coil it might work it’s up to you
( remove the nap and test weather voltage get’s for the pins)
Or change U16

Test voltage CN15 pin1.2.3 voltage
PQ42 Gate should be High it's a N-Channel Mosfet to by pass voltage to Source 0V no power
PU5 pin 1 & 9 Voltage ?

I will try to make a jumper first also i found that L3 is missing can i make a jumper for L3 or must replace?

I can't find exact smd part, can i replaced with this https://www.arrow.com/en/products/ci...ctro-mechanics
is the same but the Max Rated Current is 2.5A instead 3.Α
