Inspiron 3437 won't turn on

Ihave a laptopInspiron 3437 won't turn on with or without battery.
doe40-hsw gddr5 mb 12307-2
i have listed voltage present:
19v
3.3/5v
power btn: 3.3v
Where is the problem exactely... please help me

Did you try to flash with a woking Bios ?

measure X1901 pin 1 & pin 4
you must get Frequency 32.768 hz or Value nearby this with oscilloscope

Check S_SLP_S4# and S_SLP_S3# when pressing/releasing power button

first you check KBC_PWRBTN 3.3v droping towords 0v by pressing power button on apower botten connector and also check on KBC pin#93.
then check the genration of PM_RSMRST on pin#20 and also check PM_PWRBTN on pin#117...if all these are ok then you have problem in your PCH which is combinde with cpu....

Check S_SLP_S4# and S_SLP_S3# when pressing/releasing power button

first you check KBC_PWRBTN 3.3v droping towords 0v by pressing power button on apower botten connector and also check on KBC pin#93.
then check the genration of PM_RSMRST on pin#20 and also check PM_PWRBTN on pin#117...if all these are ok then you have problem in your PCH which is combinde with cpu....

PCH wake up SIGNEL from SIO IS not responding try to slight heat up the CPU AND SEE

CAN SOME ONE TELL IF THE SIO pin 112 AC_PRESEN IS 0V IF THE CAUSE TO PCH NOT RESPOND?

SLP_S4# spiking when plugging AC adapter in or pressing power button?

Missing ACPRESENT should not prevent PCH going out from S5, but missing BATLOW# will. However, maybe there's something wrong with the EC if ACPRESENT is missing.

last time i tested Pin 112 Wich is Ac present i got 0v but now when yesterday i heat up PCH i got 3.3v Ac present

BATLOW 3.3v
slp s3 s4 0v when pressing power btn
