About the problem Nodisplay on Actual Screen LED but on External Monitor Have?
(Wala Sya Display sa Screen nya. pero sa External monitor meron tama ba) On Filipino Language.
1. try used Flash light maybe no back light.
2. try test other screen panel. with same type or pin connector slot same.

Or check the LVDS Cable Sometimes. the Flex cable have problem on this Model...

Lenovo G565 Laptop onboard LCD Display does not turn on.
Only works with external Monitor.
I am trying to verify that the LCD signals from the motherboard are ok.
The LCD was working, but over time happened to not turn on more frequently.
Now dead.
Possibly the cable from MB to LCD is broken somewhere.
I just wonder how it is detected if external or internal monitor shall be activated ?

Dear Friends., I am working on a Lenovo YOGA 910-13IKB. It is working fine, no problems at all. Today I was connecting to a External Display through the USB-C HUB, it could not connect. (This Lenovo model has only 2 USB-C Port, no HDMI, so has to be connected through a External USB-C HUB). I have changed the setting to External display but still no luck. Re-loaded Windows 11, assuming that the software might be faulty & still same. I know my USB-C port HUB is 100% good (HDMI, USBs, SD Reader) as I use this on all MacBooks & even my buddy has another HUB, still cannot connect to External...08-16-2023, 07:58 PM -

This laptop powers on but shows nothing on the internal display.
However, if I attach an external display it works fine.
Observations: When I shut down the laptop from windows,
the fan remains spinning until I close the lid. If I leave the lid open
the laptop will restart on it's own although I select shut down from windows.

Here is a pretty crazy one.
Step 1.
Laptop was brought to me as dead not working. Removed everything , cleared everything.
Step 2.
Some liquid damage close to the Type - C connector, and the connector even though it was cleaned wasn't charging the battery . Removed the Type-C port, and replaced it. Now the laptop turns on and charges battery. Shows external screen , not internal.
Step 3.
Took out the screen and checked it to a secondary Gen 2 i have, screen works like a charm.
Step 4.
Lets ,dive into the board. I see the edp cable on the... -
