    Acer new70 la5892p black screen intel sl6zs boiling

    hello, I have this motherboard that turns on, but from the black screen, I notice the bga sl6zs that becomes very hot,
    I ran the reball on the bga but the situation does not change, do you have any suggestions?

      Reballing wont help. You can try changing the PCH.

              I found a low resistance on + 3VS

              which component generates the + 3VS?

                  Hi everyone,
                  I have this strange behaviour with Acer Aspire E5-574-52RH, i5 6200U, intel graphics, DA0ZRWMB6G0 Rev G, model ZRW.
                  Laptop came in for a SSD upgrade, took everything apart to install the SSD.
                  Everything started after modifying BIOS settings to boot UEFI instead of Legacy.
                  Laptop works fine, i installed windows 10 and drivers/updates, everything works ok(when it works)
                  The black screen problem is random, maybe 5 out 10 times, laptop remains with the black screen, no image

                  Symptoms are:
                  - random black screen after displaying Acer logo...

                  Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

                  My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

                  This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

                  As per the title, the screen remains black. When the power button is pressed, the blue LED lights up, but the screen is black.
                  With an external monitor and HDMI output, there is no image.                   Hi,

                  I have an acer aspire 5 a515-51 that turns on but has a black screen.

                  This laptop has the same symptoms as https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...er+aspire+a515, however mine is a different model Acer Aspire A515-51 (without the 'G'). There is no onboard ram on this laptop.

                  Description of the problem is the same: I press the power button, the fan spins for a few seconds and then stops, the computer stays on all the time (led blue), the cpu and gpu are lukewarm. If I leave the pc on for a few minutes the fan starts...
