hp mini 110 1000 series overheating issue

I need help on this hp mini 110 1000 series , i have two boards here with the same issue overheating already change thermal paste but still the same issue turns on boots on windows after 15minutes cpu very hot and shuts off.does anyone encounter this issue for this model

This series is rather famous for this issue. In most of the cases it is southbridge which fails and not cpu.

what does make the CPU to get hot in this mainboard?

cpu gets hot for a couple of minutes and then shuts off

i dont know the reason because once boots up or no hard drive installed it still getting hot

this series always the problem is the chip

Remember a dying bga chip always heats more than usual. Simple.....
