Laptop acer es1-571 no power

I have laptop acer es1-571 with board: DOMINO_BH
When i puch power button just blink once and off
voltage present 19V
Voltage missing 3.3v and 5v
i don't find a schematic for this Board
ic charge: BQ737
IC FOR 3VALW: SY8286CRAC_QFN20
IC OFR 5VALW: SY8286CRAC_QFN20

Nb:
- Find Water damage in RTC BATTERY
- When i pull up coil of 5VALW (3.3V is present) there is no short in all Coil

Please Help Me

Finly i found the problem and the mothrboard turn on
I REMOVED COIL wich is selected with orange color
i went to know Ic (APW8861) Jobe because i have't Schematic for this board

check for short on vin rail. u have probably some shorted capacitor on it
