Dell n4050, white plain display. Laptop is on, Works Everything in external display.
Changed Screen, LVDS Cable... same problem....
Help Plzz

Re-check connections. All were secure and correct? Is the T-CON Bd. OK? Is it separate or part of the Screen panel Bd.?

Hold down the D key and press power button,it should run a test . If that doesn`t work try this bios,backup your old bios first.

smdflea, this is not a bios issue.

Measure voltage on Q4902 specially pin6. You should get 15v on pin6. If not there then its likely to be the reason for white display. Try replacing Q4902
