    Dell 5567 i3 7100u dead shorted please help identify chip

    dell 5567 i3 7100u
    mb LA-D802P ( no scematic)

    Laptop dead , low resistance on main 19v rail line and on and around 3,3v coil
    short circuit test done and chip AWV6NJ ( 20 PIN ) PU100 is heating up right next to 3,3v coil (pl100)
    Im attaching pictures
    Please anyone can help identify AWV6NJ chip?????

    Most probably theres a short in +3vs rail, much likely a short mosfet. what voltage you registered on pl100?

        Hi after pluging charger light going off and no volatge anywhere ..... bench power suplly indicate short after second main protective transistor pq718 , i worked on this mb before becouse it developed differnet foult on 3.3v line and im 99% sure that this peticular component is burned/shorted/dead i just need to identfy it a replace it
        any help appraciated

              are the AWV6xx interchangeable with AWV5XX???

                The last 3 characters are the year, week, and lot code. Only the first 3 characters matter.

                AWR = SY8286ARAC
                AWV = SY8286BRAC
                AWW = SY8286CRAC

                etc..

                And the chip is a step-down/buck regulator with integrated FETs.

                    Only chip SY8286BRAC will work. SY8286CRAC is for 5v

                        I have the same problem but i have short circuit in coli PL301 and PL100
                        when put the AC power i found 5V in coil PL101
